Raffle tickets to win a riverfront property equipped with a motorhome are now on sale. If enough of the $20 tickets are sold, a drawing will be held, and the owner of the property will turn it over to the winning ticket holder and split the proceeds with the Tobacco Valley Animal Shelter. The "Dream Home" raffle winner would become the owner of a 32-acre property worth nearly $1 million, the benefactor would recoup his own investment, and the shelter could in turn receive a donation of up to $1 million.
